What kind of courses do you offer?
 
We offer specialization in two major discipline of food: Culinary and Patisserie & two major discipline of beverage: Mixology & Barista. The courses are Full Time and Part Time. Which course will suit you depends on whether you want to learn to make a career in it or just for the hobby. The Full-time course is meant for people who want to work for 5-star hotels, leading restaurants, cafe and bakeries of who want to open their own venture. Part - Time is meant for those who want to learn it as a hobby.
What are the benefits of NCVET Certificate?

NCVET is the National Council for Vocational Education and Training, established to regulate and develop vocational training programs in India. Fortunately, there are plenty of accommodation facilities located at a convenient distance from our academy! We can provide you with a list of recommendations for the same.
 
 
What happens to the food we make during class? Are we allowed to take it home?
Of course! During our classes, you will create pastry and culinary masterpieces that you can taste, savor, and take home to impress your friends and family. Indeed, we highly recommend this! However, we encourage students to bring their own takeout containers so that we can reduce the amount of packaging waste.

I am a Hotel Management Graduate and have learned food in my Hotel Management Degree. Can I attend this course?
In BHM, the topic covered ranges from Front Desk, Service, Housekeeping, and Food, etc. So, as such the time spent on training on food is limited and the Hands-On training is further limited. Hence, it is highly recommended for anybody who has made up his/ her mind to get into food/ want to change his stream to undergo our Advance Diploma in Culinary or/ and Pastry. We have many such students who have completed BHM undergoing the course. To name some we have students from IHM Aurangabad, Mumbai , Bangalore , Goa, Kolkata and more
 
What is the requirement to get admission and what is the eligibility required to join?
From Foundation to Advance Diploma program , a student should be minimum 16 years of age and have basic knowledge of English. There is no maximum age limit. For PG Diploma Course, student must be Graduated from recognised university. All our Courses are THSC approved.
 
Who will take our classes?

All our chef faculty has worked with 5-star hotels like Oberoi, Taj, Novotel, ITC, etc. They all are now working with the academy full time. These chefs have attended numerous Master Classes with World Champions, MOFs and other Master Chefs
